We all receive emails from time to time or might send some to clients. When sending/replying emails to some clients are a pain in the ass. After all these years of writing emails to clients these are what I actually mean.
You will have some forgetful clients and you would like to remind them kindly.
Ex. As per last message ; As per last email
Actually you mean: You are dumb and wasting my time to remind you again.

You also have troublesome clients that won’t keep asking you questions. But you still want to be professional and polite at the same time.
Ex. Have a nice day
Actually you mean: This is final and I don’t want to hear from you again.
