Racist Review On Amazon. Is it possible to get it REMOVED? (UPDATED, ADDITIONAL RACIST REVIEW)
For sellers this is a pain since most products that are sold in the USA are outsourced to many other countries because of the low cost of goods/labor.
You know what? We had a conversation with the buyer before they left this review.
Just wanted a refund and made up an excuse stating that he/she doesn’t want it from China.
As you know for sellers that has been selling for many years on Amazon. They are 99.999% will stand on the customer’s side. What can you do? All you can do is post a public response so that other future buyers can understand the situation and make their own decision. Also get more sales and reviews so that the review average score won’t look that bad.
