Where should I start?

How do you fix Amazon’s Suspected Intellectual Property Violations?

Look at this picture first.

When I first encountered the account my first reaction was WOW.

How can 4 Amazon accounts get to this point? Each of the account has been opened for years now and no one bothered to fix this?

What I did was tackle the most issues these account have which was Suspected Intellectual Property Violations.

How do you fix Amazon’s Suspected Intellectual Property Violations?

First, was extract all of the issues of each of the account face and analyze them in excel spreadsheet.

Note: At that time there is no report to download and I had to copy and paste them manually.

In the copied information it will include what trademark words we violated, affected Asins, SKU & Title.

Then, download the category listing report (You must open a case with Amazon Seller support requesting to download the Category Listing Report. When they give you permission you will see the Category Listing Report in your Inventory Reports. It will only be available for 7 Days.)

Third, You will need to fix the issues that you violated in the Title, Product Description, Bullet Point, & Search Terms. For example, you have violated the trademark word: Nike

You have to have the words in this sequence. Compatible/Replacement for Nike. If by any chance this is a mistake and you are not trying to list the product for Nike. Then remove all of the Nike from your Title, Product Description, Bullet Point, & Search Terms.

Fourth, Upload a template file: ParitalUpdate is fine.

The first upload should take care of 90% of all of the issues. If you are still having issues you can remove the Trademark words then upload a template file again. If you still encounter issues and can not remove them from your account health but your listing is active then that means it will stay in your account for 180 days. Note: it will not affect your account health. If the listing is still not active, then contact Amazon Seller Support and have them reinstate your listing.

Result, See picture below.

That 1 is because it will stay in the account for 180 days. After 180 days it will automatically be removed from the Account.

I’m very happy with this issue solved from these accounts. If this helped you please give me a clap! If you have questions please comment and I will get to you ASAP.
